If there is something wrong with any part of your order please let us
know. We stand by each product we sell and encourage customers to come
to us for any problems you have with a manufacturers product. We can usually
solve most problems quickly and easily so that you can get on with the
fun part - building more models!
WEB SITE PROMISE
We promise to keep the Sandle website updated on a regular basis, so that
you have the most up-to-date information regarding product availability
and price.
PRICING
In Australia, a Goods and Services Tax of 10% is levied on the sales price
of our products. If these products are sold to overseas customers (i.e.
Exported) the tax is not applicable and is subtracted from the Australian
price.
BACK ORDERS
It is always advisable to check the availability of any items before placing
a firm order (particularly if you plan to pay by cheque or money order)
as the website, while updated regularly, may not accurately reflect stock
availability at EVERY given moment of the day. A quick email or phone
call to us and you'll know if everything on your list of "must-have's"
is available.
If your order is not completely filled due to stock unavailability we
will ship what we have unless informed otherwise. You will not pay any
extra shipping costs if this occurs and you will not be kept waiting just
for one item.
CREDIT CARDS
Your credit card will NOT be charged until the order is shipped to you.
PRIVACY
Our
customer’s privacy is of the utmost importance. Sandle Hobbies
collects information voluntarily provided from our customers, in an
effort to improve your shopping experience. Your personal information
will remain private and confidential at all times and will not be
disclosed to anyone outside of Sandle Hobbies unless required by law.
SHIPPING NOTES
All orders are securely wrapped so that they arrive in good condition
and our mail is handled by Australia Post, one of the most efficient carriers
in the world.
Our postage rates vary on items in an effort to keep the
cost of shipping as low as possible. It is for this reason that the shopping cart will not include postage in your order total. For a detailed run-down of our rates
