Is everything shown on your website in stock?

With the 40,000+ products we have access to we are unable to keep everything in stock. We believe that modellers would prefer to see a full list of what's available and so we have chosen to show you everything we can get for you. When an item is no longer available we remove it from the website as quickly as possible. If an item is shown as "in stock" on the website that means we have it here, "available" means we will have to order it in for you - turnaround times do vary according to manufacturer and we will advise you of these if your order is likely to be affected by them

 
How do I place an order with you?

It's easy to place an order with us, just find the product you like and click your mouse on the "Add to cart" button. The item goes to your shopping cart and can be viewed by clicking on the Checkout link at the top of the page. Here you can alter the quantity or cancel it. The total cost, excluding postage, for these items will be shown at the bottom of the total column. There is also a currency converter so our overseas customers can get an idea as to what the order will cost them. Items are saved in your cart for up to 30 days so you can keep returning to add more items or alter quantities. When you have finished your order please go to the "Checkout" and either register or login if you have already registered before. You will need to spend 2 minutes registering first so that next time you order all your details will be remembered. Simply click the boxes or type in where appropriate until your order is complete and send it by clicking on 'Process Payment'. That's it! Just sit back and wait for your order to arrive.

 
Can I order from overseas?

Yes, we have many satisfied international customers. We have found that the easiest way to handle overseas orders is to only accept credit card as a method of payment. You only need to quote us your credit card number with expiry date and we will do the rest. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD but are unable to accept AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS CLUB. We regret we are unable to supply proforma invoices

 
When will I be charged for my order?

We only charge when goods are ready to ship.

 
My order total does not show the shipping cost. Why?

Due to the varied size and nature of the products we sell and stock availability (not to mention where our customers are) we have found it to be cheaper for our customers if postage is calculated on what is ready to ship. The shopping cart cannot calculate the best postage rate for you, however a glance at the "Shipping" section of our site will give you a guide to our rates.

 
Do you accept Pay Pal?

Sorry, we do not accept Pay Pal at the moment. This is because the customer will not always know the postage cost of their order at the time of ordering and so will not be able to send the correct amount of money.
